If upon arrival the item is damaged, please contact us immediately within the first 24 hrs of you receiving the items, so that we can rectify the situation, and would be more than happy to resolve the issue.
Here are the steps you should take:
- Contact customer service immediately at email@example.com once you have received the items, within the first 24 hrs.
- Send in photos of the damages to the items
- Send us a copy of the invoice & confirmation
Once you have completed ALL of these steps, we will resolve as soon as possible.
